Repeat both exercises for 8 rounds.

#5: Body-Weight Exercises

  • Begin with your arms at their respective sides and feet as one. Jump feet away from each other and raise hands into a jumping jack. From there, position hands on the land, jump feet out and back in. Rise up back into a jumping jack. Carry on for 10 reps. Finish 3 sets.
  • Stand with legs straight, place your right hand on your hip and the left leg lifted. Bend and touch your right knee with your left hand. Carry on for 10 reps before interchanging sides. Repeat for 3 sets.
  • Get into the plank position, with hands placed on the ground and legs spread-out behind you. Start driving your knee into the opposite shoulder. Continue interchanging legs for 45 seconds, repeat for 3 sets.

How Many Times?

Repeat three sets of each.
